Arnie Holmes — Pulpit Minister

Arnie and Rae Holmes moved to Manchester, CT in the spring of 1998 from Alamogordo, New Mexico. They have been married for 35 years and have two grown daughters and five grand children.

Arnie enlisted in the United States Army and served as a Supply Sergeant in Korea and Italy. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a B.S. in Business Management. Arnie graduated from the Preston Road School of Preaching in Dallas, Texas and received a Masters Degree in Religion from the Abilene Christian University. He has served as Pulpit Minister for over thirty years in Springfield, Vermont; Rochester, New York; Alamogordo, New Mexico, and now in Manchester, Connecticut.  He has also been a member of the Toastmasters International for 18 years.

Rae graduated from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts with a B.S. in Human Services, and received a M.S. in Human Resources from Troy State University. Rae has been in the field of Human Resources Management for over 20 years. She has taught children’s classes and currently co-teaches a Ladies Class.

Arnie and Rae enjoy visiting and making hospital calls together. They enjoy reading and visiting historical sights. They also love going to Orlando, Florida to visit the theme parks and bask in the sun.
