Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes.  Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.   I Peter 3: 3&4

The goal of this program is to provide an opportunity for growth, encouragement, ministry and service (GEMS) for women in a framework that is not be burdensome in time and energy commitments, but promotes  Spiritual growth and fellowship among the women of our congregation.

GEMS teams of 8 to 12 women work together on a mutual goal or theme for a defined period of time.  Teams schedule their “together” time in a way that is comfortable for its members.

• Prayer, Meditation, Fasting
